These Terms of Sale govern sales of services offered by Webelisys through the SocialRepurpose website (https://social-repurpose.com).
Any order implies full acceptance of these terms of sale.
SocialRepurpose is a service for repurposing and reformulating content for social media. From a source text (article, transcript, URL), the service generates publications adapted for various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Each generation produces 3 posts for 3 different platforms based on the user's choice.
The service is offered in a pay-per-use model:
Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). As a micro-enterprise, VAT is not applicable under article 293 B of the French Tax Code.
Prices may be modified at any time. Applicable rates are those in effect at the time of order.
The order is made online through the SocialRepurpose website. The customer must:
Payment is made by credit card via the secure Stripe platform. No banking information is stored by Webelisys.
The order is confirmed after validation of the payment.
Purchased generations are credited to the user's account immediately after payment confirmation. They can be used without time limit.
Generating posts is nearly instantaneous, within seconds of submitting content.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium whose execution has begun after the consumer's express prior agreement and express renunciation of their right of withdrawal.
By using a purchased generation, the customer expressly agrees to waive their right of withdrawal for that generation.
Unused generations may be refunded upon request, less any applicable fees.
The customer retains full ownership of the content generated from their own source materials. They are free to use, modify and publish it as they see fit.
The customer guarantees that they own the rights to the source content submitted for repurposing. Webelisys shall not be held liable for any violation of third-party intellectual property rights.
Webelisys commits to best efforts in providing its service. Generated content is provided as a creative suggestion and may require modifications by the user.

In accordance with articles L616-1 and R616-1 of the French Consumer Code, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge in case of a dispute.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
